We invite you to discover our Wine Cellar, where passion for wine meets exceptional taste. Under the direction of our restaurant manager and experienced sommelier Robert Frischke, we offer a carefully selected collection of wines from various parts of the world. The wines have been selected in such a way that they are only available exclusively in the Wine Cellar of Komierowo Palace or are rare in other places.
Our goal was to create a place with Premium selections. Each bottle is a carefully chosen drink that perfectly complements our cuisine, enriching the culinary experiences of our Guests. Robert is happy to share his knowledge and help in choosing the ideal wine, so that every moment at Komierowo Palace is unforgettable.
We have created a cellar for you based on the top wine regions of the Old and New Continents.
Bordeaux from France – here you will find icons such as Château Palmer Margaux 1983 or Chateau Gazin 2017, Domaine Chevalier Blanc 2016
Nahe from Germany – dedicated premium wines from boutique producers recently available in Poland only for select places. Kruger Rumpf and his outstanding Spaetburgunder – R – 2018
Rioja straight from hot Spain from Monte Real Gran Reserva 1998
More down-to-earth but still wonderful Masca del Taco from Italian Puglia and their outstanding Susumaniello, which appeals to many consumers and is an excellent match with the pearl chicken from the palace menu.
This exceptional company is complemented by noble bubbles from Lemaire in Champagne and Sekthause Krak from the Palatinate in Germany. For those who love travel, we also have Cap Classique from South Africa.
We regularly organize wine tasting evenings combined with a specially prepared menu.
